Terms of Purchase
1. General provisions
These terms of purchase (hereinafter "terms") apply to purchases made through the online store https://valguskate.ee of Valguskate OÜ (registry code 12523513, VAT: EE101757854). By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

3. Prices
- All prices displayed in the online store include VAT (24%).
- The price is fixed at the time the order is placed.
- Product prices may change without prior notice, but this does not affect orders already placed.
4. Placing an order
- To place an order, select the desired product, enter measurements and fill in the contact details form.
- After placing the order, you will be redirected to the Montonio payment environment.
- The sales contract is considered concluded once payment has been received in the seller's bank account.
- An order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email address.
5. Payment
Payments can be made via bank link through the Montonio payment environment. The payment service is secure and complies with all applicable requirements.
6. Delivery and production
- All products are custom-made according to the measurements provided by the buyer.
- Production time is usually 2-4 weeks, depending on the product.
- Installation time will be agreed upon when the order is ready. Installation service is available throughout Estonia.
- Delivery costs (if applicable) are shown in the order summary before payment.
7. Right of withdrawal
As all products are custom-made according to the buyer's individual measurements and preferences, the products are not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Law of Obligations Act section 53(4)(1). Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product has a defect or does not meet the order specifications, please notify us immediately at info@valguskate.ee. In such cases, you have the right to request repair, replacement or a price reduction.
8. Filing complaints
- To file a complaint, please write to: info@valguskate.ee
- The complaint must include: the order number, product description, description of the problem and preferably photographs.
- We will respond to complaints within 14 days.
9. Dispute resolution
Disputes between the buyer and seller shall be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, the buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (komisjon.ee) or the courts.
